Well, I had the sonagram this morning to look at my gallbladder, liver and kidneys. I didn't see any white thingys in the gallbladder so I don't think that was it. not sure about the kidneys or liver - but my bloodwork came back ok. I'm not really sure when they will get back to me - I assume they'll just call me sometime to either tell me everything was ok or to bring me in for an appt. if it wasn't. I'm thinking it will be fine. Not sure what that pain is if it isn't gallstones. I'm still getting it - though it is getting a bit less frequent and really only is bad at night when I'm trying to go to sleep. ugh! Once that pain kicks in at night - there's no getting rid of it!
I was also hoping that the sonagram tech would take a sneak peak at Olivia for us - but not only did she not look at Olivia - she didn't even let Grant come back with me so he rearranged his work schedule and came with me just to wait in the waiting room. Oh-well, I didn't get to see the little bean anyway so he didn't miss anything. I guess we'll have to wait until the 31st to check her out again . . . . . AND look at where that placenta is! That will be a BIG appt for me.
On a much better note, I talked to Susan, my mom-in-law and she is going to throw me a shower in Lenoir on May 4th (which is Chad's birthday!). So that is fun. Now I have my showers planned for both my home town and Grant's. I really appreciate both mom's thowing me the showers - they'll both be great Grandma's for little Olivia! :)
We went out to Babies-R-Us last night to look at gliders. They have a couple we liked. We wanted to see what they had and what prices so we'll kind of know what to compare to when we look elsewhere. I think when we go to lenoir for the weekend of my shower - we'll take a little trip out to Hickory to look at gliders there and maybe we'll get an even better one at a better price. We should have the furniture by then so we'll know how much room we have and a better idea of what we want. I'm soooo excited to get her room all finished up and ready for her.
I'll be finishing up my 6th month tomorrow and starting the 3rd trimester. Looks like we are coming into the home stretch here! Yeah . . . and ugh! I'm very excited about it getting closer to her being here - but the further along we get, the more tired I am and the less I'm sleeping. Maybe I'll figure out how to get a good night's sleep soon.
Well, hopefully we'll have the nursery paint job finished this week to show you all. But Grant won't be working too much on it this weekend - it is the ACC tourny, he'll be working sat. morning AND he is turning 30 on Sunday - so I don't want him working too hard. He needs to celebrate. Maybe we can get some people together to go out and celebrate Saturday night.
Well, I'll keep you all updated if I hear back from the Doc. and about the nursery. Until then, take care! :)

You us techs can be mean like that. Mine wouldn't peek at the baby either.
