Busch Gardens!

We took Olivia to a very important Nelson initiation! We went to Busch Gardens with her for the first time. She's always been a daredevil at home - it was time to put that to the test to make sure she could keep up with the other roller coaster fanatics in the family. She did great! She is a wild child and loved every minute of it! She was even more fearless than Gracie (and Gracie had been before!).

The first ride we did was the Oscar the Grouch ride in Sesame Street Place. She LOVES Sesame Street - so this is a perfect place to start. She absolutely loved it. Here are some pics and a video to show you her reaction to her first ride:

We even got to ride a couple *big kid* rides while we were there. Here are pics of us on Griffin (it was my first time - everyone else had already ridden it previously). Here are Sara and I screaming our heads off:

Then it was time for lunch. The only way we could manage to get Gracie to eat anything other than fruit was to have Livi help . . .

The girls even got to ride one ride all by themselves! They are so big!

They decided to ride the tea cups - NOT ME! I rode them at Disney and will NEVER do it again! So, I took pictures. You can barely see Olivia - but she's in there!

It was a fun weekend and we cannot wait to go back. Olivia had a wonderful time. It made for a long, tiring overnight trip - but we had a good time. (And us ladies - Sara and I - beat the boys at spades this trip! - guess they'll want a rematch!)
