Then we spent some time walking around the park - it is set up a little like a zoo. Not so many rides, more reserve-like with animals and things to look at.
Then, of course, we had to stay for the afternoon parade! We got Olivia a great seat right up front and she LOVED it!

We had a reservation to eat at a Japanese restaurant (in Japan) called Teppan Edo. The food was great and we were pretty impressed at how quickly Olivia figured out how to use her chop sticks. Granted they were the ones with the rubber band on the end - but she still did great! Here's a video:
Epcot has all these really cool lawn sculptures throughout the park of all the Disney characters. It is amazing what they can create with a bush! Here is of Beauty and the Beast:
